Start living a longer and stay healthy

After a lot of thought, a desire to live a longer healthy life and see my family grow. Action was needed.

That action started with a question, "what is achievable", then the the answer, "anything if you put your mind to it".  The things to consider are the basic requirements we all need, a place to live and food on the table.

I started with a deep look at my self and how I would want to spend the time I have. I was introduced to the Lifebook tool on Mindvalley which was thought provoking, most of the areas I was able to relate to, some not so, but when you analyse these likely some opportunities will present themselves.
